Product detailed description

We have written about this type of meteorite many times and its history can be found in other specimens in our offer, which are also representatives of the Muonionalusta species. The Muonionalusta meteorite stands out for its structure - Widmanstätten patterns.

Widmanstätten patterns are irrefutable evidence of extraterrestrial origin, as they are formed by the solidification of metal in a state of weightlessness over millions of years.
Since iron meteorites are essentially the cores of ancient planets or large asteroids (small asteroids don't have enough gravity to pull such concentrated heavy particles like iron and nickel into their center), this space wanderer is witnessing a very dramatic event that must have occurred in the early days of our solar system.
